Could you tell what pants are made of? The fabric, the threads, the zipper, the buttons... We cannot talk about sustainability without transparency and for this reason, in order to know everything about your jeans, you need to know who is behind each piece that makes them up.

As you already know, we bet on the local, but not only in production, but also in our suppliers. In addition to looking for quality in their products and that they work with sustainable processes, we want this relationship to be long-lasting over time and, of course, that they are as close to our factory. Thanks to this, we avoid releasing emissions caused by trips from origin to destination and we continue to maintain our country's textile heritage.

Royo fabrics

Less than 150 km from us, sustainable, with clear traceability in its value chain and quality standards, this is how we could define our main supplier, Tejidos Royo . If something characterizes them, it is their Dry Indigo technology, a unique dyeing process that dyes the indigo yarn without using water, in a very small space, drastically minimizing its environmental impact and obtaining a unique color.

With this technology, 100% water savings are achieved in the dyeing process, 89% less chemicals are used, energy consumption is reduced by 65% and residues are avoided in the water.

evlox

Evlox is a textile family specialized in denim and located in Gipuzkoa with almost two centuries of history. All the denim cotton they offer us is made sustainably since they are organic and recycled cotton yarns. Furthermore, to ensure complete transparency, they have certificates such as BCI and GOTS.

Santander Textile

From the spinning process, design, coating to printing, they are production processes with great traceability at Textil Santanderina . You will find it in Cantabria and they work with the latest innovations to create unique fibers.

Interdenim

Interdenim is the result of a long textile experience of the Ripollés family in 1867 located in Morella. They have all the certificates that we feel comfortable working with: BCI, GRS and GOTS. Without a doubt, talking about Interdenim is talking about quality.

jorda spinning

Since 1869 and just 190km from our factory, is Hilaturas Jordá , our main supplier of 100% cotton threads. They have OEKO-TEX certificates, which guarantees that they are not harmful to our health.

The Ideal Buttons

The button that closes your jeans has a great story behind it. Our button suppliers come from three generations united by a passion for the textile sector. You will find La Ideal buttons in Alcorcón and they are capable of making true works of art in a button.

Belda Llorens

When it came to choosing recycled fabric for our sweaters, we had no hesitation in relying on recycled spinning specialists like Belda Llorens . They are responsible for transforming used bottles into PET and spinning it to turn it into fiber. Thanks to them, we take another step towards a circular economy .
