At Capitan Denim we are very proud of our textile tradition. We endeavour to offer you the best design and high quality manufacturing, and for that reason, we hope that you will love our product. We want you to enjoy the jeans, as much as we have enjoyed manufacturing them for you.
But, alternatively, if for some reason you wish to exchange or return the product, don't worry, you have 30 calendar days to do so. You can do so without any problem or difficulty and furthermore, it won't cost you anything.
All you have to do is send us an email to email@example.com specifying your order code, the name of the items that you wish to exchange/return and the reason why you no longer want the order. In the event of being an exchange, we will also need the item and the new size that you wish us to send. Once the email is received we will promptly contact you so as to organise everything as soon as possible.
*Note: The first exchange or return of garments is free of charge. A second or successive exchanges/returns will be accepted, but the customer will bear the shipping costs entailed in these procedures. Furthermore, if it is a return, Capitan Denim will bear the shipping costs back to the factory, and will only reimburse the amount of the garments, excluding the initial shipping costs if any.
