Free and easy returns
At Captain Denim we are very proud of our textile tradition. We strive to offer you the best design and high quality manufacturing, and for that reason, we hope you love our product. We want you to enjoy it as much as we have enjoyed making it for you.
If for any reason you wish to exchange or return it, do not worry, you have 30 calendar days to do so. You can do it without problems and it won't cost you anything, as long as the order has been sent to the Peninsula (Spain and Portugal) and Balearic Islands.
Manage an exchange or a return in Capitan Denim is very simple:
Step 1: You have to access your customer profile at Capitan Denim. You must select the order and select the items to exchange or return, as well as complete enter the new item to exchange or the reason for the return in the text box at the bottom of the page. When you have completed everything click on the "Request Return" button.
Step 2: Your return request is "Awaiting confirmation", someone from our customer service team will review and validate it in the following hours. Please note our office hours, requests that occur on weekends will not be validated until the next business day.
Step 3: When we validate your request, it will go to "Awaiting package" status. We will send you a label to your email so you can return what you need.
Step 4: Pack the items and stick the return label on the outside of the package and drop it off at the office of your choice. You can find the nearest one here.
Within 5 days of receiving the garments we will contact you to verify the details, confirm the exchange or arrange a refund.
Returned garments must be in good condition, with no damage or signs of wear and with the tags attached in the same way they were sent. Garments with any type of alterations such as altered lengths are not eligible for exchange or refund.
We do not charge anything extra for exchanges or returns of merchandise for orders placed in Spain and Portugal (only applicable to Peninsula and Balearic Islands) that you make for the first time. The customer must bear the cost of shipping costs for the exchange or return of garments for the second and subsequent times.
The customer will be responsible for assuming the return shipping costs for exchanges or returns of orders sent outside Spain and Portugal (only applicable to Peninsula and Balearic Islands).
If an order benefits from our free shipping promotion for orders over 90€ and after the return of any garment the final amount is less than this figure, we will deduct the corresponding shipping costs from the amount to be returned.
Personal items such as underwear (socks) and masks are not eligible for exchange or refund.
In case of change of size or model, we will always ship to the address you put in the order, if you want to change it you must expressly indicate it.
For the refund we will always use the same payment method you used when placing the order. Refunds can take up to 5 days from the reception of the package and another 3 or 4 days to be reflected in your account depending on the payment method used and the bank.
