Manufacturing process of trousers.

What is the manufacturing process of a trouser?

Undoubtedly, one of the most universal garments that exist is the jeans. However, the production process is very similar in all of them. Do you want to know how a Texan is made? You're lucky! Next, we break down the manufacturing process of a pair of jeans.

The first thing we carry out is the design of the garment. For this we study the new trends and look for references in order to improve the jeans and perfect season after season. Once the jeans, the step to the pattern, which is nothing but adapt the different sizes in the particular model that we are working.

In this way, we create the first sampling of each model and so we can know what specific details we have to improve the jeans. To continue with the manufacturing process of a pair of jeans, we aim the changes and correct them in the workshop.

Once we have corrected the changes, the cutting procedures and the confection of our beloved Texan. It is about placing the pattern of the trousers on a series of overlaid layers of denim, with which we achieve the exact cut of each piece for the assembly of the complete garment in the highest, with buttons, rivets and other details of each garment.

The next step in the manufacturing process of a trouser is the finish, the moment in which we carry out the desired final end. Here we get, for example, the worn effect of our Carly High Blue Used with laser coefficient technology; or the broken ones of the Dutronc Turbo Blue, among others.

Once we have reached this point, all that remains is to iron and label the sellers' data.
