Can you tell what a pair of trousers is made of? The fabric, the threads, the zip, the buttons, ... We can't talk about sustainability without transparency and that's why, in order to know everything about your jeans, you need to know who is behind each piece that makes them up.
As you know, we are committed to local, but not only in production, but also in our suppliers. In addition to looking for quality in their products and that they work with sustainable processes, we want this relationship to last over time and, of course, we want them to be as close to our factory as possible. Thanks to this, we avoid releasing emissions caused by travel from origin to destination and we continue to maintain the textile heritage of our country.
Less than 150 km from us, sustainable, with a clear traceability in its value chain and quality standards, this is how we could define our main supplier, Tejidos Royo. If anything characterises them, it is their Dry Indigo technology, a unique dyeing process that dyes the indigo yarn without using water, in a very small space, drastically minimising its environmental impact and obtaining a unique colour.
With this technology, 100% water savings are achieved in the dyeing process, 89% less chemicals are used, energy consumption is reduced by 65% and no waste is released into the water.
Evlox is a textile family specialising in denim and located in Gipuzkoa with almost two centuries of history. From the spinning process, design, coating to printing, Textil Santanderina's production processes are highly traceable. You will find it in Cantabria and they work with the latest innovations to create unique fibres.
Interdenim is the result of a long textile experience of the Ripollés family in 1867 located in Morella. They have all the certifications we feel comfortable working with: BCI, GRS and GOTS. Without a doubt, to talk about Interdenim is to talk about quality.
Hilaturas Jordá, our main supplier of 100% cotton yarns, was founded in 1869 and is located just 190km from our factory. They are OEKO-TEX certified, which guarantees that they are not harmful to our health.
